Kings Island Reviews

I went to Kings Island last weekend and, surprisingly, the parking part was painless. I’m usually skeptical when a place makes something sound “quick and easy” online, because that can mean absolutely nothing in real life, but this time it actually matched up. We bought parking ahead of time on visitkingsisland.com, showed it at the gate, and that was basically it. No weird back-and-forth or long explanation needed. The lot was easy to get into, and there were people directing cars so we weren’t just guessing where to go. it made the start of the day a lot less stressful than I expected

I went to both Haunt and WinterFest last year, i had a really good time. Haunt was more my style because I like the spooky atmosphere, but WinterFest was probably the prettier one with all the lights and decorations. The park looked great for both events. The only downside was that the food lines moved slowly, but since I was there with friends, it didn’t bother me too much. Overall, it was a fun experience and I’d go again...

I mainly went for the rides, but the live entertainment ended up being one of my favorite parts. The singers were really good, and it was nice to just sit down and relax for a bit between everything. Overall, it was a super fun day, and I would definitely go back again

Went to Kings Island last weekend and the food was solid. The pizza came out hot, the fries were fresh, and the portions were decent too. I think we just had bad timing because a few of the stands had really long lines when we went, which made it a little annoying. Prices were kind of high, but that’s pretty much what you expect at a park. Overall, I’d still give it 4 stars

Just a quick note for anyone worried about big crowds: it was handled really well. I expected it to feel packed and stressful, but it barely felt crowded at all. Definitely something worth knowing before you go.

We took our 3 kids to Kings Island, and honestly... it was such an easy, fun family day!!! There were plenty of rides for all different ages, bathrooms were easy to find, and the staff was super patient when my youngest got a little nervous. The food lines did get a bit long at times, but nothing too bad!! The kids talked about it the entire ride home... so yeah, we’ll definitely be back!!!

i mostly went for the roller coasters and had such a good time. orion and diamondback were easily my favorites, both were super smooth, fast, and just really fun. the beast at night was wild too. it’s a little rough, but in a way that kind of adds to the experience. the lines also moved faster than i thought they would, which was a nice surprise. if you’re into coasters, kings island is an easy 5 stars for me.

I had a really nice experience there. Everyone was super friendly, and you feel welcomed pretty much right away.

I was at Kings Island last weekend the restrooms were clean for most of the day, especially considering how busy the park was. A couple of stalls ran out of toilet paper later on, but it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. The sinks and floors looked decent too. I do wish they checked them more often during the busiest times, though. Also, the communication around where to go or what was open could’ve been a lot clearer, it got kind of annoying trying to figure things out when the signage or info wasn’t very helpful. Overall, not bad, but there’s room for improvement...

I bought our Kings Island tickets online it was simple. The site was easy to follow, and the tickets showed up in my email right away, which was great. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the checkout page loaded ridiculously slow a couple times. Not a huge deal, but definitely annoying. I’d still use it again...

There was a lot to ride and we still had a good time, so I don’t think it’s fair to act like the whole day was bad. That said, a few of the lines did start to get old after a while, especially when we were waiting longer than expected.

I had a question before our trip and reached out, thinking that if it took too long or the answer wasn’t helpful, I might just go with someone else. But they got back to me quickly, explained everything clearly, and saved me a lot of stress. Really happy with the service.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the food and drinks actually seemed priced better than I thought they’d be for a park. I wouldn’t call it cheap exactly, but it felt fair enough and easy to plan for.

I checked visitkingsisland.com before we headed out, kind of on a whim, and I was surprised how accurate it was about which rides were open.

Most of the rides we really wanted to get on were running all day, including the bigger coasters. We only hit one short delay, and before I could even get annoyed, it was back up again.

It seriously made the whole day feel so much easier. There’s nothing worse than walking across the park for a ride that’s down, so this was a nice change. Easy 5 stars from me

The park was super clean. Even the bathrooms looked good, which was a nice surprise. The trash cans were emptied quickly too, so nothing felt messy or gross. It just made the whole day a lot nicer.

We had a really good day at Soak City at Kings Island. The kids had a blast in the wave pool and lazy river, and the slides were fun without feeling too intense or scary. Overall, it was a easy, enjoyable outing. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the food lines moved slowly, and the lockers felt a little expensive. A lot of chairs were also claimed early, so we had to wander around a bit to find a spot. That said, the park was clean enough, the staff were friendly, and buying tickets online was simple. I’d definitely go again, probably just on a less crowded day

The lines for the bigger rides were long, but that’s kind of expected, right? The app wait times were mostly accurate, which helped us plan things out. We still managed to get on enough rides and ended up having a really good day overall.

I wasn’t sure at first if the kids would be that into it, but—actually, they ended up loving it. They kept going back to it and seemed really happy the whole time...
